Critical: QualityI went to Natalie for about a year and a half for my eyebrows. I was happy in the beginning. In that time, I’ve had 4-5 touch ups. My latest touch ups were on 3/23/21 & 4/22/21, and my eyebrows STILL were not identical. I had another scheduled on 6/7/21 that they canceled on me and now that I know what I know, I’m SO glad they did. She said I could have as many touch ups as I needed and that it would cause no damage or issues. I now learned this is completely wrong. I went to get a consultation from someone else because my eyebrows (after ALL these sessions) still do not look identical. They’re very uneven. They had different shades of color. The lines are not even.At the consultation, I was told I now have permanent scar tissue because of the excessive micro shading that was done. Because of this, the color won’t hold to my skin. I now have to wait at least 1 year, hoping I can get them to fade enough and trying to repair the scar tissue to have them corrected. Love this place! Super clean, fair prices! I get my bikini done and the girl I see Johanna is superb! Even while I was super pregnant carrying around my 10lb baby she did a great job. Always tip good, common courtesy and the girls go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied ☺️

First of all, I was expecting just Microblading and what you gave me was shading underneath the Microblading. So once the microblades faded I’m left with gray/blue faded out solid tattoo eyebrows which are, by the way, uneven. One is higher than the other. You never specified and consulted with me on the shading part. You went ahead and did them without letting me know. I still hate them even though it’s been a year and a half because they are permanent. You ruined my face.
