I had purchased a groupon voucher with Shoshana. I called her and set up an appointment. She seemed friendly. I showed up for my appointment today on time and was told to take a seat by the lady near the door. I waited for 10 minutes and nothing. I asked the lady if Shoshana was there and she said she was not and that I should have called her. Firstly, if you make an appointment with a customer you should be at your business or call the customer if you cannot make it or you’ll be late! Secondly, they couldn’t have told me that when I arrived?
