Critical: QualityEvery piercing I’ve gotten here was crooked. One time I pointed out to the guy how my piercing was crooked and was told it would straighten out when it healed. Obviously it never straightened out -_-

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI got my rook done here about a month ago and a bump was forming and it was very red. I went to see another piercer and they told me the rook was done at a 45 degree angle so I had to take it out before my body could push it out. I also got my lobes done in the same sitting as the rook and one of the piercings fell out a day after I got it and the other one Surprisingly! was also done at an angle. They were very kind, but they don’t know what they are doing when it comes to piercing. I got my rook done here about a month ago and a bump was forming and it was very red. I went to see another piercer and they told me the rook was done at a 45 degree angle so I had to take it out before my body could push it out. The tiny tattoo took like 10 mins and they even finished before our scheduled time. Was expecting a good experience for a sisters matching tattoo, and it was the opposite 🙁 They were rude, one of us forgot our ID and even though we got there like 20 mins early, they didn’t let her get her ID. The tiny tattoo took like 10 mins and they even finished before our scheduled time. Positive: ProfessionalismProbably the most spontaneous thing I’ve ever done.. me and 2 of my girlfriends had come over to Ottawa for food and while leaving we all had said how much we wanted our noses pierced.. so we called the shop to see if there was a piercer available and they told us we could come in that same night. Fast forward 45 minutes and all 3 of us have our noses pierced.Bri was AMAZING!! I was a little (a lot) nervous but she helped calm me down so much, and did a great job explaining what she was going to do, and all the after care. The piercings all look awesome and Bri was so gentle in the process. Probably the most spontaneous thing I’ve ever done.. me and 2 of my girlfriends had come over to Ottawa for food and while leaving we all had said how much we wanted our noses pierced.. so we called the shop to see if there was a piercer available and they told us we could come in that same night. Fast forward 45 minutes and all 3 of us have our noses pierced.
