Ramona is an excellent technician. I tried years ago to have my eyeliner done, but it hurt too much and I couldn’t finish. I have had one eye half done all this time. Ramona was referred to me by someone I trust, so I decided to give it a shot. Ramona numbed my eyes so well I hardly felt a thing, and the results are wonderful. She is a perfectionist and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect job. My eyeliner looks amazing and It takes less time to do my makeup! I would recommend Ramona to anyone of any age for any kind of permanent cosmetics.
