Critical: PunctualityCame to the shop at 12:30 to get a piercing done for my child.. Was told to come back at 1 (no problem). Come back at one only to wait another 45 minutes for the piercer to finally show up. Then, come to find out I needed to bring my own jewelry for a child under 10.. Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismThe staff was friendly, however the place REEKS of smoke and after less than 10 minutes of being in there I felt like I needed a shower to wash the stench of smoke off. Not cool for a business. Being a medical professional I can only imagine the rate of infections and will watch mine like a hawk for signs and symptoms. I have been there several times before without this issue, but this was disgusting. The staff was friendly, however the place REEKS of smoke and after less than 10 minutes of being in there I felt like I needed a shower to wash the stench of smoke off. Not cool for a business. Being a medical professional I can only imagine the rate of infections and will watch mine like a hawk for signs and symptoms. No one answered the phone and no option to leave a message,when I called to check and make sure that my 10 year old Goddaughter would he able to get her ears pierced there. This is the only reason for the one star. I have yet to do any business with them.

Okay so this was a really great experience!! Ashley, the current piercer, was so absolutely sweet and patient and did everything correctly and gave me a great result. I got snakebites and she was just the sweetest person. I was kinda intimidated by the piercing before I walked in because it was my second time at a piercing shop but she made the experience so much better and listened to everything I had to say! I highly highly suggest getting piercings done here. Get it done right the first time!
