Carol at the Apple Valley location is awesome! Kind, friendly, answers any questions you may have and does a wonderful job making sure you are okay during the appointment. She explains everything very well at your first appointment and gives you honest opinions on how well she thinks the treatments will work for your hair type. The office is always clean and organized. It is easy to make an appointment and she consistently stays on schedule. Carol is flexible with timing if you need to call about being late, especially due to weather.

I love Electrolysis with Carol at the Apple Valley, MN Permanent Choice location. She is a very kind, friendly, understanding and cooperative employee. She always takes her time to ensure she cleans up the area really well and makes sure the customer is satisfied throughout the process. If you’re looking for laser hair removal in the Mankato area, I highly recommend Permanent Choice! I’m just finishing up my treatments & the whole process has been positive & I couldn’t be happier! Connie has been my technician & she is so sweet, super informative & has been in the business for years. I will honestly miss her company when I’m done with my current treatments! However, if I decide on another area – I will be coming back here! I also recommend buying the Cereve lotion from there for post treatment (if you chose) …I compared the amount/size you get with price Permanent Choice sells it for & it beat Amazon, Walmart & Target prices!

Carol here is wonderful. She is always very nice and very considerate. As for the service provided it is great as well. I have been in for a few appointments to remove hair on the neck to prevent shaving rash. Since a few weeks after my first appointment it has been a night and day difference. I would recommend this procedure and this location to any of my friends looking to get hair removed.

I’ve been seeing Carol for quite some time now for my laser hair removal journey, I believe about a year. I see her at the Apple Valley location which I believe she does another location as well! She makes you feel so comfortable & on top of that, such a sweetheart!! Truly, with the numbing cream, it’s not bad and SO worth it. I never shave my lower legs anymore! I look forward to having some more areas done and maybe some skin treatments/peels done eventually! So, so glad I chose her 🙂 Shes fabulous!!!
