POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and most unorganized office. LOST MY PATIENT CHART AND ALL DATA. It started with on and off phone calls with Ola and already headaches. The first appointment was TERRIBLE. No official consult by the Dr. Ola took photos, Dr came in a rush , she seemed so busy and running around with her head cut off. Made excuses of oh sorry a Botox party last night I thought this was that and this and residents … anyways. I came to her seminars and other events…. Same service. I Came back and they wanted to charge me full price and lost my patient chart. The vial I paid for they threw away. I called numerous times to confirm before my appointment… anyways. My fault, I should have known from day 1! Much better services in the same areas ladies!!!!

Was super excited about my upcoming appointment on the 18th of August! I called to schedule an appointment, they took my credit card information over the phone as their cancelation policy is a $50 charge. I was ok with that. A few days ago I received an email with required paperwork that needed to be done prior to my appointment. I filled everything out but stopped at the end as it requested my card information. I didn’t feel comfortable doing this as I have had fraudulent charges placed on my card before because of this. Not wanting to cancel my appointment I called Perich Aesthetics to see if there was another way to go about this process. The women who answered the phone was not budging stating its their policy. Ended up canceling my appointment, instead. Not sure if this place is good but I was excited to give it a shot and learn more about proceeding with a few treatments.

Wonderful staff, awesome experience, great doctor! Dr. Tanya Perich was very professional, knowledgeable and gave me in-depth answers to all my questions. When I came in, the clinic was very clean, well-managed and staff was just so helpful. I got a free consultation for robotic hair transplant and they didn’t put any pressure on me to do it or not. I was treated very well, my wishes were thoroughly respected. I am going to visit this clinic again for another procedure and my wife will be definitely switching to Dr. Perich too. I had an opportunity to meet Dr. Tanya Perich recently when i did my eyelids at her Clinic. I was not sure at the beginning to do it or not but after the initial consultation with Dr. Perich I was more calm and decided to go for it. It turned out to be the best decision in my life! My eyes used to be baggy and it was hard for me to apply an eyeliner or an eyeshadow. It just never looked right. Now my eyes look fresh, they seem to be bigger and my makeup looks fantastic!
