First of all, her place is absolutely adorable. Walking up the sparkly stairs to her space is literally like walking into girl heaven. Second, Shannon is the BEST!! I have never been more in love with my lashes than I am since going to her for my extensions! She is incredibly hardworking, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Would rate 0 stars if possible. Got my eye lashes done for my birthday, it burned and they all fell out the next day. She got my eyelids stuck shut and we had to unstick them together. Tried to contact her afterwards and she ignored me. Horrible experience waste of time, money, and gas and ruined my first time getting lashes done.

My wife and I have TRIED since mid July to get in touch with this place to schedule her tan that I had purchased as a gift for her on Groupon. I have NEVER spoken to anyone from this establishment as I continually get sent to voicemail and NEVER have a call returned to me. I’ve even messaged over the website. NOT A GOOD WAY TO GET CUSTOMERS! IF and only IF I get some sort of callback and get what I paid for will I even think about changing this!
