I was so excited for my twin girls to have their hair professionally done. I scheduled an appointment and I called to ask a few questions because they have never been to a braider before. The owner said my energy was bad and she was going to cancel the appointments because she doesn’t have time for me. I apologized and said I really know nothing and just wanted to learn. She refused to even allow them to have the appointments. This is shocking with all the amazing reviews; this makes me very disappointed!
