Shala is amazing!!! I’d been wanting my eyebrows done for years but was scared due to horrible stories my friends went through. However, im so glad someone recommended Shala. Shes professional, her suite is clean & she does a phenomenal job. Im actually shocked by the bad reviews. I received compliments daily while still in the healing stage. Women of all ages complimented on how natural they look. So gald to finally have brows i dont have to beat my face to achieve . 10/10 RECOMMEND!!!!!

Shala is very unprofessional. I booked an appt months ago through the StyleSeat app for a brow touch up. I’ve had microshading and microblading done in the past by another professional. She never contacted me. I show up to the appt and she didn’t realize I was a new client… She proceeds to advise me that she does not perform touch ups on new clients and that I should’ve called her to let her know that. Are you kidding me! It is not the client’s job to ensure that is known. A professional should know who is walking in the door for their services. Do better Shala. Wasted my time.

I have been going to Shala for almost 5 years. I go for annual microblading touch-ups for my brows. I constantly get compliments on my brows (people think they are natural!). I love waking up every day and having beautiful, natural, defined brows. I have had almost a dozen friends go throughout the last few years, some by referral and others who found her on their own. Her new location is clean, bright and peaceful. 10/10!

I would not even give Lashenvy or Shelia one star . I had my brows microbladed and she left my brows uneven, different shapes and lengths. One brow is pointed and higher than the other. I left the salon, but after noticing how uneven they are in the hall, returned to her salon

waste of $350. my eyebrows didnt even stay after the microblading. she also doesnt respond to text messages so im not even sure why she has a phone. My touch up was supposed to be in July and i couldnt make it do to a wreck and she has not replied to me about rescheduling. Not a good business owner!!! bad attitude as well.
