Positive: Professionalism, ValueMy mom and I started coming here a few months ago after being disappointed by our previous salon over and over again. I was looking for a nail tech who could perfect the shape I was asking for. Previously, everywhere I went my nails were square/boxy/unflattering. But I love Perfection! Peter does my nails and my mom’s nails, he’s so quick but doesn’t make you feel like he is in rush. In and out, great prices. I love it here. For context, I asked Peter to replicate a design I liked (but with paint instead of gemstones). He nailed it!! This was exactly what I wanted. My mom and I started coming here a few months ago after being disappointed by our previous salon over and over again. I was looking for a nail tech who could perfect the shape I was asking for. Previously, everywhere I went my nails were square/boxy/unflattering. But I love Perfection! Peter does my nails and my mom’s nails, he’s so quick but doesn’t make you feel like he is in rush. Positive: QualityI heard mixed reviews before going here for the first time yesterday (06/08/2021). I had a specific design in mind (I wanted cow pattern), and knew what colors I wanted. I am VERY picky about my nails as far as polish and shape goes. I don’t like lumpy gel polish or sloppy shape. I had my nails done by Kathy, who listened to everything I asked for. She gave me the perfect coffin shape and didn’t make my nails too thick at all, every nail is the same shape and length. The only issue I had was that their prices are not listed so the nail tech names their own price. I had an acrylic full set with gel polish and designs and the price was very low, but I’ve read reviews of people who received much less than me but were charged way more than I was. So just be careful or ask ahead of time how much the service will cost. I heard mixed reviews before going here for the first time yesterday (06/08/2021). I had a specific design in mind (I wanted cow pattern), and knew what colors I wanted. I GOT THE FLU FROM THIS PLACE! The lady doing my nails was coughing so much and was on the phone with her doctor most of the time and i was grossed out about the coughing and how sick she was but i didn’t complain. Now here i am a few days later very sick with the flu which i’ve never had in my life and no one i know has the flu right now so it must of been from the nail tech. I understand people need money and can’t take off when sick but they are putting other customers at risk bc now i went to the hospital because of my very bad symptoms and high fever

I got my nails done with a friend on Friday. $25 for gel. We were taken right away but that was the only positive thing about our experience and I regret going there. It is now Tuesday and my friend’s acrylics chipped 2 days after getting them done. My gel nails are now peeling. I wanted a design and I showed a picture but the nail tech needed another tech to explain it to her?? It seemed like she couldn’t SEE the picture- red flag number 1. She still didn’t seem to understand and she was older so I felt bad and decided not to get a design. Then, she couldn’t find the first 3 colors I picked out. I ended up picking a color I didn’t even want. All my nails are different sizes/shapes. The nail tech seemed to forget which nails she already painted so some of my nails have 1-2 coats of polish and others have 4 or 5. She got polish all over my skin, on every nail. My SKIN was peeling. The UV lights built into the desks don’t work so this nail tech had me crossing my arms to hold one hand to a fan and another hand to a portable UV light. That was uncomfortable.Their tools do not look sanitary and whatever they used before applying the gel burns so badly. I will never come back here.

100% I would recommend Perfection Nails!! I went there to have my first ever set of tips done. My nail tech Peter was so nice to me and gave me exactly what I wanted! Go and you won’t be disappointed.

My daughter has been a loyal customer her for about a year, despite the salon not being consistently good. Today, is the last time she will ever step foot in this salon. She left crying – raw cuticles from the female technician filing into her nail beds. The technician refused to fix mistakes without being paid for another set of nails. I called salon to get clarification and offer them a chance to rectify the situation. “Manager is on vacation” They admit my daughter was upset and crying, but said they could not help because the men I spoke to did not do her nails. One man did offer to have her come back and fix himself, but I do not want her going back there after how poorly she was treated. They refused a refund or credit. I am very disappointed.

So i came here one monday early in the morning for a regular gel mani which i needed because my real nail lady wasn’t available. First and foremost, the nail tech did not wash her tools, i was more upset at myself that i let her use them on me. The color was perfect in which i ordered for myself to take it to my nail lady. Ladies just make sure you see them clenaing the tools they will use on you. It wasnt a good job overall tbh.

First experience here was ok, there was a short wait and when the lady started to do my nails she didn’t use any tools to pick off my hang skin instead used the buffing tool to burn away my skin and leave my nails stinging in pain from over bugging, no cuticle oil, no lotion, I got and an acrylic ombré on which came out ok besides the fact filed I had a couple crooked nails, the pedicure was basic, the woman clipped off a piece of my skin on my big toe and made me bleed. Came back here again today, to give them another shot on a week day thinking it would be better.. i was completely wrong. I waited 45 minutes to get the the chair, I showed the man what I wanted and he was quick to say sorry no I can’t do it, I went on google and found a more basic style I liked and was still told no. He then proceeded to tell me to walk around the salon and ask the other technicians if they could do it for me but I would have to wait longer. He walked to the back and threw his feet up on a still chilling. I got up and walked out nobody cared. Worst customer service ever! Never coming back here again.

I went to perfection nails on tuesday to remove my acrylics and let me tell you the horrible experience I got. First off to remove acrylics, you’re suppose to let them soak in acetone for about 30 minutes. Well instead of leaving my nails in there, the lady kept taking off my fingers from the acetone and try to rip off the acrylics from my nails, whenever I would tell her that it was hurting me a lot, she put it back and goes on with the other hand. This went on from about 30/40min of her trying to rip off the acrylics and I was really scared that my real nails were going to go with them. It’s now saturday and my real nails are so red, I feel like my hands are on constant fire because of how much they’re burning and she ripped off my nails of both sides of my thumbs and I cannot do anything with being scared to get them stuck and bleeding because I actually bled. If you’re looking to go remove your acrylics, I recommend you do NOT go to this place. Go to a better professional place that won’t make you feel like your hands are on fire.
