Critical: Quality, ValueI don’t understand how a deluxe pedicure with JUST removing gel nail polish on my hands comes out to $78. I have been to this place before, where I have gotten a basic gel manicure and gel pedicure for around the same price. I got the deluxe gel pedicure which was $ 47 and according to the Pamphlet to remove gel or acrylic nails it ranges from $5 to $ 10 which in turn should have $ 57. What are you charging like $5 per nail… if that’s the case, perhaps your establishment needs to have a better break down with your charges. I don’t understand how a deluxe pedicure with JUST removing gel nail polish on my hands comes out to $78. I have been to this place before, where I have gotten a basic gel manicure and gel pedicure for around the same price. I’ve been here multiple times and for the most part they’ve been pretty good but when I went in this last time, getting a pedicure with a friend while I’m pregnant, the tech made my toe bleed when cutting my nail and it still hurts! Almost 4 days later…I have to treat it cause I’m sure its infected. There was water already in the foot spa before I sat down and they just added to it, hopefully that didn’t cause additional infection:/ while there I even heard a customer come in complaining that her nail broke after just getting her nail done. I don’t think I’ll go back.

I walk in for my “appointment” for 1:30. I finally get in around 1:50. There’s people mad that they haven’t gotten in for their pedicure ect. I felt rushed and my manicure didn’t even last a night. It started chipping that same day. I paid for gel $38 plus tip. Manicure

I spent years in GA trying to find a good manicurist only to be let down time and time again. I stopped getting my nails done because it was so disappointing. Ok, Ben the nail tech you are a damn GEM! I spent years in GA trying to find a good manicurist only to be let down time and time again. I stopped getting my nails done because it was so disappointing. Now, this was Bible the best mani/pedi gel acrylic that I have ever had. The massage was amazing and Ben’s attention to detail and quality of his work was phenomenal. I will 1000% be returning

I really love the care I received every time I go, my favorite is station 11, and 7. I always get the mani pedi combo and the royal delux pedi. Since I have poor circulation in my feet because of previous chemo, they alway spend more time to get my feet warmed up and fully circulated. I can’t thank them enough. Last month I heard about ‘the dip’ fir my mani. I love it! It appears to be a strong hold, and a nice look! The hot rocks a real plus, and the hot pariffin wax and extra plus!!

Two out of the three nail technicians I’ve had so far were amiable and helpful, and all were skilled! I keep coming back because everywhere else I’ve been has given me fragile or subpar looking nails. They give me no lifting and also a slender and sharp nail shape. I luhh dem lol.

I would not recommend coming here. These are the nails I got when i asked for a french tip that was almond shaped. In getting them done I asked my nail tech to make it like the picture i showed her and she nods her head telling me she understands what i want and that she can do it for me. I watch her put my nails together and I see that it looks weird but I had faith and thought “trust the process”. when she put on the top coat and said “do you like them?” I was so shocked i was speechless. how could this be acceptable to give a customer let alone think that they would like it. i ended up nodding politely while the nail tech next to her looked over like “oookay”. and then left bc i wasnt prepared to be in a confrontational conversation with someone who just spent so much time doing my nails poorly. I went back to get them fixed (the points filed down and a layer of regular polish) i ended up having a talking to about communication and how i wasted time going home and then calling and then having to come back and also being condescendingly told that i get what i pay for bc he said it was what im “comfortable” with paying when i had to pay them over $70 for a basic set of acrylics. they were having me pay an extra $12 for a “color change” when all he did was paint over the clear coat and i gave that man a $10 as a goodbye forever.
