Ivy did my natural nails with dip powder. She soaked my fingers in acetone for too long and it made the skin around my fingers so dry and strange feeling and it made my natural nails very soft. Ivy did not seem confident in her use of the tools and she didn’t use her lamp to see what she was doing and my fingers are sore and my nails are a bit tacky (sticky) feeling and they are just average. Ivy is a very nice lady though!! On the other hand my daughter had her her nails done by Kevin who was AMAZING!! Her nails look STUNNING!! The lady at the reception is wonderful as well. She was so nice and friendly, offering a delicious soda garnished with mint and lime. The salon is so clean, classy and beautiful I will definitely return.

I was super nervous , I’m in town for a couple months for work and need a good salon that can handle my super long sometimes extragalactic nails and ideas . Q was amazing! I loved that I had the same person for all of my services so nothing felt rushed. I had a nail fixed and a fill ombré with gel glitter polish on two nails. I also got the #3 pedicure which was the Ice dancer which perfect for my tired legs from workouts plus teaching. Then she also did my brow waxing . I also like you can book online and see the pricing . I will be back in two weeks !

Excellent pedicure and manicure from Ivy here! It was my first time, I chose them based on other great ratings and I’m so glad I gave them a shot. I saw Franny and she is the best at the shop! I am very picky about my nails. Not everyone can do stiletto nails, but Franny did a great job! My nails are beautiful and shape is on point. She takes her time which is important to me! She is meticulous and makes sure your nails look great. If you care about having beautiful nails asks for Franny! I would call ahead or book online to make sure you can see her.

I had a wonderful time, franny, the nail tech that did my nails, was great. The service was wonderful- they offer drinks to their customers. I had a manicure and pedicure for the first time and they helped me a lot and also educated me on nails and the different types. and the pricing was also reasonable.

Service was amazing everyone was so friendly and very informative explained every step and did not get frustrated with me asking questions or pointing out things I wanted a little more attention to .Tammy my nail tech was amazing and her free hand designs are on point extremely attentive to every little detail . Lyly did my pedicure and it was probably the most relaxing pedicure I’ve had in Syracuse in the 10+ years I have lived here she did not hurt or cut me like every other place I’ve been to has, and my feet are so smooth . The salon is very clean and beautifully designed , the receptionist (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name ) was very friendly greeted me as soon as I walked in and checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and wanted anything to drink . The prices are reasonable and they offer a discount if you pay cash and have an ATM in store . With all that being said I will definitely be coming back ❤️
