As a walk-in, I completely understand a wait time. However, when you tell me to come back at a specific time, I do expect to be seen at that time, not almost an hour and a half later. Or if it is going to be later, then communicate with me, because I will understand.

I took my daughters my youngest got her fingernails and toenails painted (Jennifer) was awesome. My older daughter got a pedicure and gel manicure and I got a pedicure and acrylic set. I’m not sure of the names of the girls that did my acrylics and my daughters pedicure and nails but all 3 were very friendly and everything looked good. However my daughters gel polishes both were coming off within maybe 2 hours of leaving the salon and last time the gel polish lasted much longer, it is what it is with my youngest but I’m going to take my daughter in tomorrow and see if we can fix the ones that peeled off already. The staff is all friendly and helpful, prices fair and the salon is clean it just sucks that my daughters manicure only lasted like an hour and a half when I paid for gel to last longer. I’d still recommend going to them though!!!

They gave me lots of choices to choose a color from. My nails were how I wanted them and all fit me perfectly! I would definitely go back. One of my nails were crooked but i can live with it. All together tho I am very satisfied Dip powder

I went in for the first time a few days ago and sunny did my nails.. he was rough, his nails were crooked and he was mean when I said I wanted them shorter. I got my money back and had them take them off. I went back because they said they would do them again for free and I went to Ryan! He was amazing but I ended up paying another 60$.. thank you for fixing them just didn’t want to pay again for something sunny did.
