I really don’t like making negative reviews of places. I like reviewing places as a favor, to help boost their business, not detract from it but I had a really bad experience here and I cannot recommend this salon to anyone. The first haircut I had was pretty good, but I had a different stylist the second time and it was clear he didn’t know what he was doing. Didn’t understand what I was asking for, seemed uncomfortable the whole time. It was so awkward I just wanted to leave and then I got home and saw how awful the haircut was, choppy and uneven. I wouldn’t have left a review based off that alone, I just wouldn’t have gone back. But I called twice about getting a refund and was just given the run around with them only offering to fix the haircut instead of just giving my money back. I didn’t trust them at all to fix things, and found it very unprofessional they wouldn’t just refund $30. Why is it so hard to get a good and reasonably priced haircut in this city? My search for such a place continues because this certainly isn’t the place.

I had an appointment today at 9AM when they opened. I showed up and Mia was holding the fort by herself. She gave me a great cut and the best haircut / barber experience I’ve had since before the Pandemic. Definitely will go back.

My partner and I moved recently to Boston from Florida and we struggled to find a place get a decent haircut. I cannot talk about women’s hair styling but for us it was great. Our favourite is Marisol. We went only a couple of times but she always did a great job and took good care in making sure we were satisfied with the cut.

I am super upset. I’ve had my hair cut at this location before and it was exactly what I wanted. Then I went in yesterday and asked for the same thing, literally what I already had, just trimmed up. Short to my hairline in the back and longer following my jawline down to my chin in the front. What I ended up with barely covers my ears! It is in fact shorter in the front than in the back! I am so upset; it took me almost a year to get it that long and now I have to cancel my engagement photos. I really want to believe that you can get a decent haircut at a reasonable price, but I think I’m going to have to start paying $80 for a haircut from here on out. Also he never even offered me a mirror to show me the back or the sides?

I have been coming to this Supercuts for over 6 years now. I have to say Marisol and the team does an amazing job at this location. Marisol is very meticulous and takes the time to give you the best haircut to your liking. Given that being in a customer facing job as a hair dresser can be challenging, all of the hair stylists at this location does an excellent job to satisfy the client to the best of their ability.

I went for a haircut. They didn’t had my appointment. Then an old lady starts tu cut my hair with literally cero care and cuts my hair in less than ten minutes. The result, she almost got my bold, she didn’t even care to give any form to my hair, it’s the worst haircut of my life. If you want to get your hair ruined go to this place.

I went for the men’s haircut. I already made an appointment still was made to sit for 30 minutes and they were taking in clients on a first come first serve basis. My hairstylist was franklin upon cutting my hair and at the end giving him suggestions he seemed disinterested. He was using the trimmer very roughly against my skin almost making me cry due to pain, did an incomplete cut, didn’t clean the residual hair on my face and body, and while taking the cape out threw the hair on my leg and feet. It was my first ever experience and honestly, this is my last experience with supercuts ever. Complete waste of my time and money.

Appointment with Anthony. Awful day. He couldn’t cut as per the image shown. He can’t find the cut size of an image. Ok, that is adjustable. Also you can’t expect every customer knows the size. At least he should have tried to cut the front hair and sideburns as per image, or atleast should have asked customer how he wants before cutting those off. Very bad experience today.
