So bad. I should have learned from the first experience. I specifically asked the lady to not cut into my brows. I didn’t want them shaped. I only needed the fuzz around them gone. She said, “Ok”. When she was done, she cut into my eyebrows deep, leaving them uncomfortably thin, she shaped them and she left my left eye brow thinner than right one. All I wanted was the fuzz gone!!!

i’ve been coming here for just over two years now- i had a mishap years ago with one of my brows that was messy for YEARS. LET ME JUSF SAY this is one of the best threading salons i have ever been to. They fixed my imperfections and always perfect my brows, i get multiple compliments every time and literally drive 45 minutes out of my way after moving just to come back. they’re super sweet, take their time. abs know what they’re doing

Saw this salon on google and decided to go since it had good reviews. That was a mistake. The younger woman who did my eyebrows messed them up horrifically, especially my left one. I told her to just do a cleanup, when my *even* shape was clearly visible on both eyebrows. However, she made my left one SO thin, much thinner than my right one, the normal thickness. Now I have to wait for it to grow back and reach evenness again. Do not go to this salon.

The shorter, older woman messed up my left eyebrow SO BAD! she cut the hairs so short at the beginning of my brow that it looked HORRIBLE!! I was so UPSET. Just had a facial for the first time (an aloe Vera herbal facial), it was amazing!! The staff are super friendly and very considerate. Sangita is the best! Her technique and sweet personality makes you want to come back for more! I’ve been getting my eyebrows done here for years and they never seize to amaze me. Now with their facials, I’ll be here every other week! Very affordable and will definitely be promoting them to everyone I meet!
