I never been so happy and content with Perfect 10! When I first move in the neighborhood decades ago I went the nail salon that was there. That lasted about a 2 years. I moved on because I was not satisfied with their work.Well about a year ago I walked into Perfect 10. I got a pedicure from Jade. He messaged my toes.I have neuroma in my toes.

The place itself was nice. Staff was nice. But I will not return. I paid around $80 all for my gel nails to start bubbling up and peeling off less than a week later. My regular polish pedicure chipped within a week as well. I normally maintain a pedicure for well over 3 weeks before chipping. So highly disappointed as I don’t treat myself like this often at all.

At first I was thrilled with my service but shortly after I realized the paint was chipping off my nails not even a day later I also didn’t like that you had to pay before they put color on your nails, my nail tech had no personality and seemed like she was aggravated that she had to do my nails. The pedicure was great she actually took her time but I’ve had better and the manicure was rushed. If you want quality service this is not the place for you. Also selection of regular nail polish not gel or powder sucks not everyone gets gel.

I want to give 5 stars but after the pandemic it seems like the employees run the place. They are appointment only which would be fine if they stuck to their appointment times. Waiting 45 minutes after your appointment time every time you go starts getting really old. Because the manager is not physically at the location it seems like the employees make the schedule. I’ve tried to make appointments and it seems like they will purposely not book appointments almost an hour and a half before closing so they can leave early. The execution is usually pretty good but occasionally the manicurist will be distracted with their phone and it shows in the results, from misshapen nails to bleeding cuticles.

I started with them in March right before the world went to hell. The closed down right before my fill in and my nails lasted another 2 weeks after. That was a total of 5 weeks!!! That’s unheard of. The closed down right before my fill in and my nails lasted another 2 weeks after. That was a total of 5 weeks!!! That’s unheard of. People treat you how you treat them. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went there today and the girl they assigned to me did not understand what I was asking for. I asked for a trim on my nails and she cut my nails all the way down. She also made me bleed when she was cutting my cuticles and messed up the color I asked for.
