Perfect Ten Nail Salon

Critical: PunctualityI had a horrible first (and last) experience with this nail salon. I made my appt a week in advance. I then showed up today 15 minutes early to be punctual. I walked in and was bounced to two tables where I had one nail manually filed by each nail tech. Then their appts came in. I was then put back into the waiting area where I sat for 30 minutes waiting for my sanctioned nail tech. There were no apologies for the unforgivable delay, just sheepish eye contact. I was then talked into a gel manicure instead of acrylic. My nails are uneven because they manually file your nails, they do not use drills which is disappointing. They also do not let you wash your hands after the filing, so you have nail dust all over you until you leave. When you are finally done they slather your dust covered hands with cuticle oil. A very uncomfortable and gross feeling. I should have left when my gut told me to while waiting for half an hour.
