I am writing for Perfect Symmetry Permanent Make-up; Agnes is the best ever….. I have had hours of tattoo work done, as well as my eyeliner done 30 years ago and needed it re-done. I found Agnes; not only did she touch up the old work, fixed it to the style today. Her work is beautiful. I NEED ANYONE LOOKING TO GET THIS DONE……AGNES DOES THIS WITH NO PAIN AT ALL……she uses a cream that makes it where you feel nothing. I even got the name of the stuff she uses for a future tattoo I plan. PLEASE; if you want any of her services……you have to call her.
