Critical: Quality, ValueEven though the owner decided to take me immediately after walking in to inquire about a silk press. I tell her what I want and she does the opposite. I say little to no curls then I get an entire head of curls. Then at the end charges me $85 basically just to flat iron my hair. The convenience was having multiple ways to pay but overall not as happy with my usual quality. Even though the owner decided to take me immediately after walking in to inquire about a silk press. I tell her what I want and she does the opposite. I say little to no curls then I get an entire head of curls. Then at the end charges me $85 basically just to flat iron my hair. If you like making appointments and arriving 2 the business waiting for 3 people ahead of you when you make an appointment don’t go to this spot. This has happened to me by my barber Rob on 3 different occasions and I had to come from downtown in rush hour traffic…with a set appt only to arrive and have to wait again.
