Critical: QualitySo, soooo disappointed……I went in for a mani, and a pedi with acrylic nail application. Pedicure was very nice and enjoyable but when I got home I could see that it didn’t help much, my heels were still like sandpaper.The acrylic nails look just terrible. On one hand the nails are all crooked. Technician tried to fix it after I brought it to her attention and she just layered more acrylic on top which caused one side of nails to be super thick compared to the other side. The edges by the cuticles are all uneven and one of my thumbnails is actually jagged on the end! You can see my natural nails on all the sides of the acrylic nails. I asked for square oval and most are but a few came out round. I showed her a picture of what a wanted, but it came nothing out like the picture (I do realize that fingers and nail shape differ) but expected something along the lines at least.So bummed I just threw $75 down the drain, since I never take this luxury for myself.On a positive note, everyone was nice and the place was elegant and clean. Critical: Quality, ValueVery sloppy work, had smudges all over my feet. I tried a getting a design on my gel nails, turned out great on big toe, rest of them were messy and muddy looking. Did a good job on cleaning and prepping. But the product application was sloppy to say the least. Half of my small toe wasn’t even polished. The gal doing my feet got polish on her gloves and smeared it on my feet and didn’t clean it up. I used to really like this place. Not going back! I spent quite a bit extra to have what I wanted. Very sloppy work, had smudges all over my feet. I tried a getting a design on my gel nails, turned out great on big toe, rest of them were messy and muddy looking. Did a good job on cleaning and prepping. But the product application was sloppy to say the least. Half of my small toe wasn’t even polished. Positive: QualityPerfect Polish has done a great job navigating this business during the covid era; the salon feels safe and sanitary, and not overfilled as I have seen in other places. My gel-manicures are well done and last as expected. The technicians are friendly and patient. No complaints!Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI went here to get a dip manicure on 10/29/20. The building was nice and appeared clean. I liked that they are taking the COVID precautions. However, my manicure was not done well. Instead of letting my nails sit in theacetone, the woman (did not introduce herself) was impatient. She kept checking my nails and used her nail drill to take the polish off. My nails are now paper thin when they are normally thick and strong. The dip was done differently as far as the drying agent for the dip, that was not used. Instead of having me put my hands in a UV light to dry the top coat, she had me air dry twice as there was smudging on my right hand. My left hand has smudging as well. My right hand currently has the top coat coming off and peeling off into a dusty substance. I asked for my cuticles to be cleaned up, but the woman did not have me soak my hands in water beforehand, she just did it with my skin dry. I will never go back here. I would rather drive back to Saint Cloud just to receive service from where I used to go before I moved last week, than go local since my nails are going to take months to heal from the damage of using the nail drill too much and grow back to the thickness they were before going here. The utensils used were not brand new either, pulled out of the drawer either from an altoids can or the drawer, unwrapped.Update: left this review on social media on 10/31. Called on 11/4/20 assuming someone would contact me, but no one did. I went elsewhere to have my nails fixed today, 11/12/20. I took a photo of my nails after my polish was removed. I have dark, defined lines on all if my nail beds from the damage Perfect Polish Nails did. This is from overusing the nail drill and shaving my nails to paper thin. Called them explaining their terrible service, demanded my money back and Kim (the “manager”) asked me three times to come in so she could fix my nails. I refused. Told her I never wanted to receive services from them again and that I just wanted a refund. She said she’d call me back and took my number down.
