Received a gift certificate for Perfect Pinkie nail spa so decided to try it out. After using my certificate on a fill, I was very impressed with the level of service and quality. Decided to come back and try it for another fill and pedicure. Had a fantastic experience. You have to make an appt but it’s worth it for the service. Very relaxing atmosphere due to the smaller space and appointment only schedule. Not too busy. I felt they spent a good amount of time to make sure they got things right and checked in to make sure I was comfortable and was happy with the work. Will definitely be coming here regularly.

Wife and I visited today (walk-in). Couple technicians sitting around when we walked in. Claimed they had someone with an appointment (without looking at their appointment book), did not offer to book us for another time. Weren’t rude, but something certainly felt off. Not sure if me being male or me being black had any relevance, but I didn’t quite feel as though they wanted my business.

I have been coming to Perfect Pinkie for over 10 years. Kim always does my pedicures with an occasional manicure. Always professional, personable, friendly. Kim can almost always work with my schedule so that I can get my hair and nails done on the same day. I always feel like I am family when I go there. Thanks!

The sign on the door says walk ins welcome. I went to get a manicure and they told me they couldn’t do my nails bc they had customers coming in. The salon was literally empty. If you want to try this salon make sure to make an appointment I guess.

I’ve been going to Perfect pinky for over 10 years. I get acrylic fill ins every two weeks and a pedicure monthly. They use good quality professional line of products and that makes a big difference. Very clean salon and professional. I like the fact that I can make regular appts and Kim is very timely. I consider Kim a good friend after all these years, she cares about her clients and takes a lot of pride in her work. I’ve also been to Lilly, she does a great job as well! I drive from Carmel to Avon, it’s well worth it!

I had gift certificates for full manicure and pedicures and was charged on top of it. They did seem to fit us in but my toes that I was charged extra for on top of my daughter’s was falling off within a day. I paid an extra 100$ on top of the 3 gift certificates. Was really disappointed in the end. My father in law and my daughter’s grandfather had just passed and I wanted them to enjoy themselves for a minute only to have my nails come off in 2 days theirs came off within the week and our toes all chipped away within the first 2 days. Very disappointed in the end.
