They do a great job on nails and toes. I noticed they have an extensive selections of nail colors and types. Also, many real comfortable chairs to sit in while they work on you. The owners are wonderful and the staff is happy to be working there. They all are well trained and awaiting your arrival!

I went in and got a dip. First time I have had ny nails done since COVID. It looked good and I was pretty happy with it. The next time I came in it wasn’t as good. After five days there was chipping and I went in for repair. On my third visit the were cutting and burning me and again I had to return for them to fix chipping. It cost $45 for the dip and it was supposed to last longer. I was not happy. After they fixed it I went home and next day it was chipping on same finger that was repaired and 4 others. My nails were weak and I had to remove it because it was getting really bad. Will not return. My nails are ruined..

The person who started my nails was nice. But in the middle of doing them he got up and left. And the lady who took over didn’t even look at my reference photo. My nails look NOTHING like how I wanted them to look like. She also made me bleed. My nails aren’t even the shape I wanted them. After that they tried to charge us for 2 full sets. Instead of one. I used to like this place and the attention to detail they had. But this last experience was ridiculous. I will be finding a new salon.

Critical: Professionalism(My cousin)I was going for a more detailed design and at first one of the guys said he was able to do it. Then changed his mind, so I had to change my mind on what I wanted. While he was doing my nails he has cut me twice and it’s been 5 mins after and it still hurts very bad. And he also told me it was going to be 40$ then proceed to up the price when nothing has changed.(another cousin) she has showed what she wanted then he kept assuming the colors even after she said no it’s this color. Some of my nails are square like I asked some are coffin shaped they are not all evenly filed some are more pointed on one side the color is right the tips are all you shaped instead of flat squared like I asked

I’ve been here before and been happy….but went to get a standard nail fill and a standard pedicure no gel on toes. They charged me $75 .. seems like an awful lot.. considering they didn’t even get the callous off my heels and the now that I’m out in the day light you can see that the acrylic on my nails is lumpy. its sad 🙁 feels like their overcharging 🙁
