First off, my nails are beautiful. Andy, did a great job and even threw in a couple suggestions that I was open to. My acrylics aren’t too thick and everything was smooth with no bubbles or bulges given I got a design. Those that do read the comments, don’t judge a book by its cover. I was in and out in record time per the comments. I got a full in and a gel polish change on my toes in an hour and a half.

When this establishment opened everyone was super friendly and inviting. I stopped coming here YEARS ago because the quality of their work changed. I’m very particular about my nails and also the vibes in any place I go. Today I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed, so I (reluctantly) came here because they do really good brows. When I walked inside a nail tech looked in the direction of the door. That’s it. No one asked what I was there for, no one ever acknowledged me until after I had been sitting for 20 minutes.

The staff was super friendly and the salon was clean, which is the only reason I’m giving them any stars. I’ve gone here twice in two weeks and I’m still unhappy with the outcome of my nails. They were pretty the first day and seemed fine, but after only two and a half days, I’ve got several loose nails AGAIN. It’s like they keep putting acrylic on my cuticles and skin which causes them to become loose quickly. And I’m also not thrilled with the lack of shape given to my nails, but I could’ve tried to overlook that if they weren’t loose.

I very rarely get my nails done, but I’ve been to Perfect Nails & Spa a couple times. The wait time is terrible, but the people are nice…just don’t ask for anything that is new or “trending” because they will attempt it, but it won’t turn out very well, and they will refuse to redo or give a discount. I didn’t ask for anything like that, but the gentleman offered to do it because he said it was popular and I thought it looked cute, but it turned out to be a disaster. Other than that, they are ok.

Some people think if they have to wait it’s a bad experience but to me that means your work is great when you have people who are willing to wait on that service that only you can provide.
