My friend and I went in to get a full set. I got home, and not even 24 hours after, my nail polish started cracking. I feel like the guy doing my polish rushed due to the fact that there was another customer who just walked in. I definitely feel like you get what you payed for ($20) but I feel like considering this is a profession, it shouldve been better. I most likely will not be coming back nor referring people to them.

Critical: QualityI am new to Joplin and looking for a good nail salon. I have been having my nails done for over 20 years. I have just an overlay on my natural nails and I like a thin overlay so my nails don’t look like hoofs. The man tried to do my nails. He put the product on so thick and when I told him they were too thick, he filed just the very ends instead of the whole nail. I am new to Joplin and looking for a good nail salon. I have been having my nails done for over 20 years. I have just an overlay on my natural nails and I like a thin overlay so my nails don’t look like hoofs. The man tried to do my nails. He put the product on so thick and when I told him they were too thick, he filed just the very ends instead of the whole nail. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI love them, they are always so nice. They take really good care of you. They can make a lot of different designs and if you mess up your nail, they will still fix it with in a time frame. There salon has a sign that says if you mess you nails after you leave that they are not responsible but they still fixed mine. Definitely recommend.I love them, they are always so nice. When I entered this salon the atmosphere was so much more welcoming and the husband and wife combo were so sweet. The only downside was the wait time, which was well over an hour, but I was also there on a Saturday and there were the only two workers. I left Solar Nail Salon in Joplin right down the road from this place due to how unbelievably rude they were. When I entered this salon the atmosphere was so much more welcoming and the husband and wife combo were so sweet. The only downside was the wait time, which was well over an hour, but I was also there on a Saturday and there were the only two workers. They did a great job on my nails, exactly the shape I wanted and not a crooked finger in site.

My friend and I walked in today for pedicures. There were 2 employees and 2 other customers. We were told to go ahead and sit in the pedicure chairs, that her help was on the way. She got on the phone and called someone to come in. We started waiting. As we waited we looked around. The tub was still dirty from the person before. The chairs we held together with duck tape. After watching one of the employees sneeze on her tools and keep working, we left. We went just down the road and had a much better experience! I would not recommend this place!

The place was nice, the workers were great, and the prices are okay. But wouldn’t recommend anyone doing coffin or any type of long shaped nails. The filing wasn’t too good and they could’ve used a new filer but instead they used one that was already used up by the previous person. After applying nail polish there were clumps after getting them painted. Another thing was that there wasn’t enough polish for the color that I wanted so it didn’t look completely painted.

Best bang for your buck…they do great work. The atmosphere is lacking and they aren’t fast but to me it’s always worth the wait. They do the best pedicure I’ve ever had and the prettiest french tip gel polish job anywhere.

I went there with my sister and we waited almost 2 hours. They let 2 ppl go before me, and than a group of 3 girls came in and said they had an appointment. So they were out in front of me. I have got my nails done there before it was pretty fast but not as busy and it was AMZING. This last time I wasn’t very pleased and had to wait a couple more days to get me nails done!! Get more workers!!!!!!
