I’ve been looking for a new nail salon for a while and was instantly drawn to this place based on the reviews and closeness to me. I walked in without an appointment around 2pm on a Saturday and was sat immediately. I’m unsure of the name of the woman who did my dip removal, but she was so kind and was able to give great advice on what service I should get for what I wanted. Tai did a fantastic job with shaping and the swirl artwork. I can’t wait for my next appointment! This will definitely be my new go-to nail spot!

I have been going there for a while every 2 week i get my nails done .I do the diped nails.I went in today to get a nails fixed that broke. The lady told me i need to be more careful and didnt seem happy she had to fix my nail . I have never had to go back to have one fixed . I felt bad enough that i had to have them fix it but i didnt want to walk around with it like that all week . I went to my car and was looking at it and it wasnt shaped like my other ones and didnt look right. So i went back in and asked her if she could shape it like the other ones . So she tried. I said it still dosent look right . She said she could not shape it how i wanted it, it would break . I said okay fine and left . I am very unhappy with how it looked . I am not new to getting my nails done .I will not be going back .

Critical: ValueI have been a loyal customer for almost 2 years now. Within the last 4 months it seems that they have gone down hill. My last visit they filed my nails so hard that I have 3 cuts. After bleeding on the tech he continued to file my nails and play it off like it was not a big deal and painted the clear gel over my nails which covered the cuts causing them to burn. Never washing his hands. They are in such a hurry that their quality of care is not good. After giving them multiple chances I will not be returning. I have been a loyal customer for almost 2 years now. Within the last 4 months it seems that they have gone down hill. My last visit they filed my nails so hard that I have 3 cuts. I called and asked if I was able to come in and they said coming in now was fine. I had to wait an hour to get my nails done! My nail the next day in the shower smudged off and a chunk is now missing. Acrylic nails

My daughter and I came in on a Friday evening and had the best experience! The ladies were so sweet and did a great job getting my nails and cuticles looking great. I shared that it was my daughter’s birthday yesterday and they were celebrating a birthday in the shop and shared their birthday cake with us. Loved this salon, they seemed to have fun while being attentive to clients. We will be coming back again

The entire staff is professional and friendly! This nail salon has gone down hill. My nails kept breaking and they kept telling me I needed a new set which is crazy as I usually put acrylic over my own nails once they grow out and never have a problem. They stopped pushing back my cuticles and checking to make sure none of the acrylic was lifting causing issues. My daughter also started having problems and they gave lots of excuses of why her nails were breaking that made no sense as we have never had issues. Went somewhere else and imagine that our nails are not lifting or breaking. Horrible place they were not willing to fix after fixing twice even though it was because of their error. Very rude and unprofessional
