Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThey were very accommodating and kind. Ryan took his time on my nails. I did not feel as though he rushed through the job. He did a great job! It was a very clean shop as well. So far I have no complaints and I will be returning hopefully today with my daughter for pedi.Service: Manicure

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWent to get a pedicure. I asked as soon as I got there how long the wait would be. The lady in charge answered “we can get you in right now just a few minutes.” So I waited. She got my chair and foot soak ready for me quickly. They said they had 4 people doing pedicures but they only had 3. I noticed myself and 3 others waiting for a pedicure with our feet soaking and after 30mins another customer walks in asking for a full set of acrylics. She came after all of us and yet 1 of 3 doing pedicures (the one I. Charge) got up and left to do her set while all of us who were waiting first stayed waiting even longer with only 2 doing pedicures now and still going slow as ever on the 2 that were being worked on. She lied when she told me how long I’d wait and really had the audacity to think I was going to sit there with my feet soaking for 2 hrs before someone got to me. I was a walk in for a pedicure and two people that were walk ins as well came in after me were seen before me for the same treatment. The women upfront was very unprofessional and very rude. I was a walk in for a pedicure and two people that were walk ins as well came in after me were seen before me for the same treatment. The lady was just very rude and I asked her how long of a wait it would be and her response was “why? He kept stopping throughout to turn around and watch what was playing on the tv behind him. He would also stop to check his phone, replying to messages. I completely understand that we need to respond to messages when we’re working, but at one point he got up and left for about 5 minutes without even saying anything. Um, rude. It took him over two hours for my fill! Yes, over two hours for my FILL, not even a full set. Granted I had already waited over an hour to begin with (after being told it was a 15 minute wait).
