The place is extremely clean and cozy, it is by appointment only so it’s just you and her, never crowded. She is absolutely the best. Today my daughter went to her to get her nails done and she did amazing. Above 5 star. Cindy has been doing my pedicures and manicures for years now, so when it was time for my daughters to start getting their nails done it was only right to go to her. The place is extremely clean and cozy, it is by appointment only so it’s just you and her, never crowded. She is absolutely the best. Today my daughter went to her to get her nails done and she did amazing. Above 5 star. I highly recommend her, you will not be disappointed!!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went there with someone and we both made an appointment a week ago. Before the person asked her to fix one of her nails that weren’t looking right, she got mad and canceled my appointment so now I have to look for somewhere else last night to do my nails. Very unprofessional and I’ll never go there ever again!APPOINTMENT WAS MADE FOR TWO PEOPLE! I was very specific when I called and you told me it was fine and you were going to do one at a time. Definitely not my fault you didn’t remember. If you couldn’t do both, you could’ve said that a week ago when I called and I would’ve gladly call somewhere else. Just went here today with one of my friends and had a great experience. We called this afternoon to book an appointment later in the day, and were able to get the times we wanted. They were ready for us when we walked in and really took their time with our pedicures, even though 2 other women were waiting. The technicians were very nice and did a great job. It is a very clean salon, and nice and cozy! The prices aren’t bad either, I got a deluxe pedicure for $35 and it was wonderful! We will definitely be back!

Booked an appt for service for my son’s wedding get to the appt and was told she tried to call me back to change the the time so she couldn’t take me. If you call someone you should leave a msg. Owner was rude and not accommodating, she said I should’ve recognized her number and called her back. My second time trying to book here and it’s always difficult. If you didn’t leave a msg or reach me you should honor the time you originally gave me. I never leave reviews but felt I needed to.

When you leave Perfect Nails you have just that–perfect nails! My first visit there was three weeks ago; I’ve been back once and will certainly continue to be a customer– although when there, I felt more like a guest than a customer since I was served coffee and water while having my nails done. I’m very pleased with my “pink and white” nails and have received many compliments on how nice they look. The salon is immaculate with brand new, state-of -the-art equipment. I highly recommend Perfect Nails; you’ll be very happy with your “perfect nails”!

Cute little place! Very clean. I got gel color on my nails And it lasted about 3 weeks. ( probably would’ve lasted longer but I broke my nail so I took it off.) I work with dogs so regular nail polish only lasts 2/3 days on me, gel about 1/2 weeks. Well definitely go back!
