I’d give zero stars if I could. This was my third or fourth time coming here and have been displeased with the results every time. the last time I went was about a year and a half ago and after being displeased with my manicure once again I stopped going there. But, when the bride of an upcoming wedding I’m in said she made our appointment here I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought that maybe their service has improved since I was last here. at one point we were the only people there and they were still rushing through all of our nails just to get them oer with. not only did most (if not all of our nails) turn out misshaped, with some of us having polish on our fingers and hands, but after everyone had paid, the bride paying $250 for herself and three of the other girls (one of them being double what she should’ve paid for to begin with) we were all told that we needed to tip more. the bride was forced to pay an extra $30 for tips because they said that they weren’t tipped enough for their poor service. one woman even pulled up a calculator for another girl and said that that was what she owed for a TIP. Not only did we all have poor manicures but the customer service was straw that broke the camels back as I have never written a review before. I will include pictures of my manicure, but mind you there were worse manicures than mine. I also posted this review on yelp, but wanted to share here too to try and save some innocent person from going here. there are many other places to go that will give you far better service

I am new to the area and made an appointment for a gel manicure yesterday, as I am newly engaged and have an engagement party to attend tomorrow. Unfortunately my experience at Perfect Nails By Thu was far less than satisfactory. I was not so much bothered by the number of people as how hurried the staff was. By the end of my manicure I had two people working on my nails, because they were under staffed and in a rush. The second individual left nail polish on my skin and underneath my nails causing the nail polish the peel off of four different nails within a two hour period. I entirely understand that many places are understaffed and am grateful to anyone working in the service industry. However there was no excuse for the less than satisfactory job that was done on my nails. I now need to find another salon to have my nails done yet again by 10 am tomorrow. I’m not one to EVER leave comments or reviews, but this was an experience I felt I had to share.

So I went to this salon for the first time today because I am very picky when it comes to my nails and it’s so hard to find a good salon and this place has many good reviews so I drove an hour and decided to give it a try. The lady that did my nails was amazing and so kind along with the three men I saw Were full of smiles and kept making sure I was happy with my results . Only one wasn’t as friendly and I believe her name is khanh she was rude when I first walked in and I have heard that regulars get treated better in this place and i didn’t see that but I do see how some could come across rude. That one girl didn’t smile one time and didn’t give me the warmest welcome when I walked in. But the others made up for it again and they did a beautiful job.

I have been going here for years and I have always loved the staff, the owners and my nails. About a month ago I went in to get a gel fill and saw someone I’ve never seen before, which in itself is usually fine. But this time it wasn’t. The tech was rushing through my nails, didn’t give me the correct shape I asked for. My nails started to chip within a week something I have never had happen at this establishment. I tried reaching out to the owner to let her know what happened and ended up being ignored after I told her who the tech was. I really loved this nail place and it makes me sad that I no longer wish to go here.

My daughter stopped going because of waiting an hour or more after her appointment, she has prom this weekend and knows the owner does a great job so made an appointment for 230 today. After calling me a few times and being in tears I had her leave at 4 her nails still not started. This is exactly why I stopped going as well! An appointment means nothing it’s more about shoving people in and out the door getting money. And if you’re a teenager forget it don’t go here because they’ll care even less. I have spoke to the owner before asking her if she knows she’s an hour or more behind to let us know as we know our schedule she does not. Extremely disappointed!
