They were all very nice and I went in for a basic manicure. The lady filed down my long nails COMPLETELY! And then put 4 layers of base, two color coats, and a top, all within 5 min WITHOUT a light so after 2-3 hours after I got them done, the polish was still creasing. The polish was put on sloppy too. So I decided to take it off and saw how crooked and short my nails were. I’ve been here before and have never had a bad experience before. Never having that lady do my nails ever again. Took me 2-3 weeks to grow my nails out where I wanted them, told her square them out, and she must have thought I said cut them all off. So upset, today’s my birthday too. Just wanted pretty, long nails.

If I could give them Zero stars I would. They are always so rude when we go. The sign says open til 5 I go in , pick out my color and they tell me and my mom “come back tomorrow” and he snatches the polish out of my hands. It’s 1 in the afternoon and they have one customer. Not only that, the past three times I got my nails done he was in such a rush that I’m cut or my nails end up breaking within the week. So no. Save your money and don’t waste your time.

NOT SANITARY!!! My first time to this place when I went to get my nails done and the lady set down a towel that had SOMEONE ELSES SKIN ON IT! So I asked her for a new one. Even though I was very polite and I asked in the nicest way possible, She got offended and asked me to leave!!! Even the tool she was using had skin or a nail under it when she started clipping! Normally I am too uncomfortable to speak up and say something but THIS WAS EXTREMELY GROSS!!! Ive never had an experience like this ever! I will never go back to this place!!

Very rude to my son he 4 and was following his grandma to the bathroom and threaten to cancel my appointment because of him doing so. He didn’t touch a thing and was walking from me to his grandma.Then my appointment got rushed and did a bad job.

I have tried a few places in tehachapi and end up extremely pissed with the outcome since I am paying to have my nails donw nice and they aren’t or do not last! I waa recommended via about 20 people on Facebook’s tehachapi ask to Brandon at nails 2002. So I just tried them. I love the shape he even did ombre insteas of just the one with glitter and I love them. I brought my two kids with me and he was so nice to them even allowed his puppy to play with them! He is a great guy family friendly and an amazing artist I will definitely be coming back. I will update in 2 weeks to see how well my nails have withstood!
