I called ahead to make sure there was time for a fill & design. The lady told me to come in at 12:30. I arrived on time and had to wait for 15 minutes. When she finally got to me, she kept stopping in between to go do other clients services. She completely rushed my set and now the acrylics are all bumpy and not smooth. She messed up the paint job on my nails and said “we’re just going to leave it i don’t have time to fix it” my thumb nails are crooked as well as my pinky’s. This place has very poor time management. If you are working in an industry where you have a paying client you need to manage proper timing for each client and not rush through sets because that is how you get bad reviews. This experience was not it and I will be taking my business else where.

Amazing service! My friend and I came in to get our nails done for prom and they did such fast and efficient work we were out of there in just a little over an hour! I’ve gotten my nails done there before and I have loved them every single time. Definitely my favorite nail salon and I would definitely recommend to other people. The workers are so amazing, I will for sure be coming back again.

I went to get a full set and there was a gentleman who did them for me. I had some acrylic that needed to be taken off and the first one he ripped off and tore my nail down into the nail bed, I’m shocked it didn’t bleed. I asked him to find a different way to take them off. The whole service took over 2 hours. They were uneven and there was a hair stuck in the pinky nail and one of the tips wasn’t glued onto my finger leaving a gap between my nail and the acrylic, but I paid and tipped (I too work in the service industry so I believe tipping is important) even though I wasn’t stoked on the job done, he still provided a service. The next day the paint bubbled and started peeling off. I called to ask for my money back because after hurting me, spending 2 hours, uneven nails and now the paint peeling off not even 24 hours later I wanted my money back. She informed me that he doesn’t work there and he was just “helping” so she gave him the money already and couldn’t refund me. She said she’d fix them and I told her I didn’t want them fixed I just want my money back at this point. After trying to have a phone conversation I was yelled at then hung up on. I tried going into the salon the next day to where I was again yelled at, in front of multiple customers and told that if I didn’t like it I shouldn’t have tipped and she will not give my money back. I have never written a review for a business before, however I was treated so poorly that I feel like others should be aware. After sharing my experience I have been told by numerous people how they have also had negative experiences there and will never get their nails done there again.

I do not recommend this place. I walked in and asked if they could just take my old acrylics off. The lady sat me down and began RIPPING my acrylic off that was already slightly coming up. After pulling away, saying she was hurting me, and asking about soaking, she insisted that the only way to take my nail off was by PULLING and clipping it off. She ripped my mail and damaged it severely. When I told her to look what she did, she denied it and kept saying any other way would hurt me more. All in all, they didn’t care about my nails, rushed through it all, and I left the salon with damages that will take weeks to heal.

Never been here before so I loved the outcome! I had my sisters wedding to go to, so she squeezed me into her schedule and I still love them! The pictures I took were a week after getting them done so it might look a little grown out. But the only thing I was shocked by was the price. My nails were a little uneven but totally worth it I got lots of compliments! And we were on a time crunch so in my opinion she did amazing!

Super clean, friendly, and affordable manicures and pedicures! Actually one of the best I’ve received in Skagit County. Many places I’ve gone to since the end of covid are ridiculously expensive. Perfect Nails is not…they are “perfect”!

Lucy did my acrylics and nail art and did a phenomenal job!! She was more then willing to take on the challenge of my exact designs I wanted and worked hard to ensure it was absolutely perfect for me as she knew I wanted them for a special occasion. It was an awesome first time experience here! Manager Lucy was super awesome and was able to work around my schedule when calling in. She was also able to work with my ingrown nail and best part was it was pain free and took the whole thing out! Something no other place around has been able to do! Definitely work your money and time and recommended to anyone who is looking for a relaxing professional pedicure at a great price! I will be coming back
