My nails are far from “Perfect” all thanks to the woman who did my manicure. My boyfriend is about to propose so I wanted to come in and get my nails done. They tried to up-sell me so I thought “why not” I went for the deluxe pedicure ($40) and manicure ($25 deluxe with gel). The girl doing my pedicure was nice and did a good job. While she’s giving me this spa-like treatment I am having the other take off my last gel set. SHE TORE MY CUTICLES AND MADE ME BLEED! My whole hand stung and on my ring finger especially! Her trim is jagged and uneven after filing and all. I asked for a simple triangle cuticle design that she couldn’t do and was about to just paint it her way. I demanded she not do my nails at all and was not going to pay for the manicure. When the manager looked at my torn cuticles she spoke with the lady who claimed it was “my fault” she ripped the skin off my nail. Do not recommend! Another girl paying said they’ve been getting lots of complaints lately. No kidding.

Had a great experience. The did my manicure, pedicure and eyebrows. All three look great. My daughter also had a manicure and pedicure, and she absolutely loved the attention she got. Other places do her nails as an after thought, hear they treated her like all the othe clients.

I have been here a few times. My latest experience with a amazing woman named My was absolutely perfect. She took great care. I like to use nail polish even though I’m a guy, because I had surgery under a nail when I was a kid. It covers it well. She is the first person to take care of this by using a dremel carefully and helping to shape it to be normal, as the surgery made the nail grow weirdly. Next time I come back, I want My!

I’ve been here twice, once with my sister in law, once by myself, each time getting a full set. If you go, I recommend Helen. I told her once how I wanted my nails to look, showed her a picture, and she totally rocked it. She recommended a different color than I originally asked for, and I was much happier with the final results. They are always very polite and acommidating with the TV displays.

Horrible. I just went to get a full set manicure, and the service was bad. They were rude and rushed everything . he was constantly giving customers dirty looks. And my manicure did not come out good, there’s bubbles, and they’re not even, theyre crooked ! He even ran over my toe with his chair and did not apologize, he was constantly stopping to check his phone , and get on it in the middle of my manicure ,i do not recommend this place to anybody . definately would not come here again .
