Not sure why this place has negative reviews. Every time my mother and I have been there even without an appointment we’ve been attended in a timely manner. Their work is quick and clean neither of us have had any issues. We’ve left happy every time they don’t try and talk you out of the color you want as other places have done to my mother. She went in showed them what she wanted and fell in love with their work and the color she wanted looked amazing.

Let me start off saying the service I received today was HORRIBLE and you have now lost a customer. It’s unprofessional to have a business and be late opening.Having customer’s standing outside of your establishment. In addition if a customer receives service from you a week ago and has to come back due to a broken nail that shouldn’t happen in a week’s time. You shouldn’t give an attitude nor should you tell the customer that the nail won’t be the same, what you should say is” that your sorry for the inconvenience” and then do your best to make the nail that broke within a week look exactly like the rest of the nails.Lastly it would be wise not to charge your customer for a broken nail when a week ago they spent $70 dollars in your establishment.If I reported you to the State Board of Barbering & Cosmetology because of your lack of sanitation then maybe you would wash your hands after you blow your nose and cough in your hands vs telling me you whipped them with paper towel which by the way is the same paper towel you blew your nose with. I guess sanitation only applies with taking state bord exam I would not recommend this establishment for any kind of service especially when they don’t practice state board requirements nor customer service and apparently they don’t mind running the risk of State Board fines and penalties!

If i could upload a photo. Tina, the owner did my eyelashes on 5/12/18 around 8:30pm. Today is 5/16/18. Most of my lashes, on my right eye fell off. Tina, was willing to redo my eye. I wasn’t having it. She said, everybody is different ‘..i only went here, cause my girls come and D AND T NAILS WAS BOOKED…. SHOUOD OF WENT WITH MY GUT
