I love phoebe, I have gone to her for eyebrows all of my years in college and grad school! The day before my graduation, I went to get a pedicure. The man that is in the pedicure section was very rude to me. I was so excited to be getting pampered for my graduation and ended up leaving so upset and paying $58 for a basic pedicure with nail polish and basic design on two toes which is not what is advertised on their board. Hate to say with the way he made me feel I won’t be returning for any services.

Love this place! Phoebe is the BEST! She never forgets a face, always makes me laugh. She finally cut me slack from the ONE time she was closed, I used someone else to wax my brows. (That other one, also in Huntsville, did a terrible job).

I’ve been here before and didn’t have an issue, but I went in today to get a fill and had the worst experience ever. Being a familiar face I expected to be kindly greeted..this was not the case. From the get go the staff had an attitude. The nail tech rushed my nails, was dripping powder everywhere and left them unfinished/sloppy. Before I could even open my mouth to ask him to fix the shape he was dashing from behind the chair. I ended up stopping at another nail salon and asking them to fix my nails for me..I don’t recommend this place.

They showed me the different colors while I waited, but when I showed the guy the picture of what I wanted, he grabbed three different powders and tested each one to see what I liked best. The guy was awesome who did my nails. He was quick but also precise. Made my nails looks exactly like my picture. Everyone had a joking attitude which I thought was very funny.
