Perfect Nails

Critical: Professionalism, QualityFirst and last time due to the convenience of the location. This is the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. They also kept pushing gel on me, I always do regular nail polish on my toes, especially white. Another employee saw her work who seemed to have more tenure made a comment and chose to ignore her work and proceeded to charge me.Service: Pedicure

Critical: Quality, ValueI received a manicure and pedicure. It didn’t look like my hands and feet had been worked on. They didn’t give my feet time to allow the husk/dry/dead skin to soften so that it could be effectively removed. My cuticles were worse than before. Later that day they were cracking/splitting. I received a manicure and pedicure. It didn’t look like my hands and feet had been worked on. They didn’t give my feet time to allow the husk/dry/dead skin to soften so that it could be effectively removed. My cuticles were worse than before. Later that day they were cracking/splitting. My nails were still rigid, not smooth, nor buff or polished. I guess I just didn’t have a good experience.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueBy far the WORST place I have EVER been to. I decided to try it out since I was at a restaurant next door and what a mistake that was. They are not CLEAN, they use the same utensils without even sanitizing them. I had to ask the lady to clean and sanitize before she worked on my feet and nails. Also I paid 85 and my gel nails started to chip and rub off. So not sure if they are actually using gel polish. By far the WORST place I have EVER been to. I decided to try it out since I was at a restaurant next door and what a mistake that was. They are not CLEAN, they use the same utensils without even sanitizing them. I had to ask the lady to clean and sanitize before she worked on my feet and nails. I have never had this experience anywhere else and have never written a bad review. Pedicure tech rushed through the service uninterested and did not give a massage.
