I use to really like this place! I went into the salon today for a pedicure and as I approached the pedicure bowl I noticed a tiny roach I discretely informed the older gentleman that was giving the pedicure what I saw and he simply swiped the roach off and proceeded to run the water. As the water ran a cluster came out of the foot rest. I sat down in a state of shock so I waved for the owner and he offered to sit me in another bowl. He simply said it probably was the rain and humidity that caused them to come. I asked for a spa pedicure and I had to request the same spa treatment at the new bowl because the older gentleman was not going to open another spa pack! I sat hoping it would get better but it was really no recovering. I received a$ 60 dollars spa pedicure and my toenails did not get clipped. I had a full dipped set that was nicely done and so was my eyebrows but I will NEVER RETURN. I go sparingly and the owner always greets me with “ long time no see” and inconsistency is why. $130 dollars just to be disappointed.

She didn’t do a second coat of black so they are very sheer but over all look nice, walked in and they got right to doing my nails. She did keep stopping to do something or look at her phone. The nails are also different shapes and sizes

This experience was beyond terrible. I went and got a mani/ pedi. The gel on my nails started peeling the next day. I had to work the whole week from 7 to 7 so couldn’t come in. I called to let them know and the guy said” its ok” just come in on your next day off…so I did. The lady who greeted me persisted to yell at me in front of a customer and laugh at me. She did not want to fix them. Even though they said it was ok if I came in that day. She finally after 40 minutes of waiting had some guy fix them who didn’t actually fix them. Left them jagged and blotchy…screaming for another coat of gel. This is no way to treat a customer. At my appointment I spent 150 dollars including the tip. That was for a mani, gel pedi and a pedi

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI will never go there again!! They kept hurting me while filling my nails and when I pulled back they grabbed my hand and my cousins and pulled it back. They filed my skin down so much that today when I went to close a door and it made my nails and actual nails go backwards and hurt so bad. Plus they charge $4-$5 per nail.
