Showed them the first picture and asked for red marble instead of white to match my school colors for graduation. They proceeded to ignore that and start doing white which I quickly corrected, then they seemed irritated with me because of this. They made no actual attempt to marble and only used acrylic powder for the designs. They also left lots of black powder on my fingers which I had to ask to be removed. Was charged for a design as well, will not be returning.

I love having a nail salon that I trust near me! My experience with them has been exceptional: Tracy and Lynn have done a great job on my dip manicures. In the case of Perfect Nails I can actually call it a manicure; they actually soak my nails, and push back and trim the cuticles. I also love that they don’t use gel topcoat for powder unless you request it or it’s needed for decal application. I find that only really experienced and confident techs can get a super shiny and long-laying topcoat on powder without a gel topcoat. Perfect nails has done it every time! I will say that my daughter has had a really bad experience with Julie. Her cuticles were bleeding on four of her nails.

Positive: ProfessionalismI’ve been coming here ever since I moved to EP a few months ago, and I am in LOVE! They do a fantastic job every time!! I tried a design for the first time and Julie did such an amazing job and really took her time to make them look perfect. They are the sweetest and know exactly what they’re doing.

Warning! Do NOT schedule appointment here. We went to perfect nails on 4/9/2022 for my 4 year old daughter’s birthday. We called 3 weeks ahead to schedule our group of 4 and was told we would all be able to get in. We checked in on the Ipad and our reservation showed up electronically. We were told to have a seat in the waiting area. My daughter waited patiently and was growing more and more excited as she watched all the people getting their nails painted and looked through the colors. This was the first time she was getting her nails done and she had been talking about it for weeks. After waiting TWENTY minutes one of the techs came up to us and told us whoever we called “forgot to write our names down in the book” and therefore none of us could get our nails done. There was no apology. Since it was the salon’s fault I thought they might try to right the situation and offer something. They didn’t. just said we could “come back later.” I then asked the tech if they could just put polish on my daughter’s nails since it was her birthday and she was so excited (already selected colors by this time). They grudgingly agreed. The tech that painted her nails never looked up at her face, did not talk to my daughter at all, never even said “happy birthday”. She rushed to paint my daughters nails then just asked for money. So disappointing! The employees here should not be working with the general public. It is evident they do not care about people, only profit. Save yourself the disappointment and take your business elsewhere!

Had a dip powder manicure and it turned out really great! My technician was very nice. Prices are comparable with other local places. Came in with a friend and they wanted to seat us across the room from each other so that was the only weird part.

I’m from out of state and they fit me in within 2 hours of my initial call. Enjoyed the manicure so much I stayed for a pedicure. A great, clean atmosphere and enjoyed a wonderful pampering! Highly recommended.

I love this place! I have been going here for over a year and I love the quality. They are always able to take me, even when I don’t have an appointment. Sara is my favorite technician. Her attention to detail and the time she puts into everything she does is amazing.
