Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWarning ⚠️ This place Injured me twice at the same visit.This is The worst nail salon I’ve ever been to in the 20Years I’ve been getting my nails Done. I went in for two nail repairs and a polish change. I have stiletto nails and broke the very tips off Two of them one night at work. I didn’t have time to go across town before work the next day so I went to the nail spot “perfect nails” just down the road from My work.BIG MISTAKE.They filed all my nails and changed the shape and made them all uneven. I have no idea why they would do that when I didn’t come in for that. During the process of filing my nails he cut into my skin- twice. One of the nails they repaired (they put two entirelyNew nails on) broke off at work two hours later.It’s been two weeks and during this time by finger was infected from the cut. It hurt and was swollen for 10Days.Moving on from the worst nail exp I ever had- I must also mention the place was very dirty. Not a singlePerson came in while I was there and I was the only customer. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWow, I’m actually shocked by all the bad reviews. I moved to the area a few months ago and was scared to give them a try so I would drive out of the way and pay for overpriced not so great work. Finally decided to give them a chance, Tom is great and did right by me! And my acrylic nails aren’t lifting after 2 weeks, which was a continuous problem in the past. Their SUPER professional, sweet, quiet people and their prices are BEYOND fair! They’ve got a regular out of me!Services: Pedicure, Acrylic nailsWow, I’m actually shocked by all the bad reviews. Wow, I’m actually shocked by all the bad reviews. I moved to the area a few months ago and was scared to give them a try so I would drive out of the way and pay for overpriced not so great work. Finally decided to give them a chance, Tom is great and did right by me! And my acrylic nails aren’t lifting after 2 weeks, which was a continuous problem in the past. I brushed it off though…she made my nails worse than what they already were from a previous nail shop she polishes like a 3 year old and when I asked for a design she lied and said she could do it in the colors that I wanted but when the color wasn’t coming out to her liking because the color was to light she insisted on changing it to black.. we went back and forth about it because I knew it wouldn’t look right with the other color I was using. So I let her use the black all to find out that the woman has no talent at all I made her take it off and just paint the whole nail with the color we started with.. the nail that was repaired was shaped horribly. Went in for a simple repair and polish change. The woman seemed to have an attitude from the get go. Critical: Professionalism, Qualityi went in for a full set for myself and a fill in for my friend. there was already one lady being worked on and there’s only 2 nail techs. no biggie we had time. anyways. i walk up to the counter and tell them what services we needed he told me to go wash my hands and have a seat same with my friend.i sit in the chair and the woman (the wife) walks out and really doesn’t acknowledge your existence, but she gets started and didn’t ask me to pick a color, i was already trying to do that but she ended up using Gel when i told them i wanted shellac, so i had to hurry and choose while my friend chose hers sitting next to me, and she never asked me my shape OR my length. she did what she wanted to do.i had a few nails still on from my previous set done at another place, and when she put the powder dip stuff on my nail, she put it on THICK. like on my skin too, thick. i thought it would be okay cos i ASSUMED she was going to file it down to shape as anyone else would, but she took a BUFFER to smooth the nails out. they looked so crazy.by this time, the client next to me who was the only person ahead of me has her full set done, and she is upset with her results as well for the SAME EXACT reasons. POOR SHAPE AND TOO THICK. she tried to get him to fix her nail over and over and he eventually blamed her finger for being too big lol that’s when i knew we shouldn’t have even came here to get our nails done.so the woman working on my nails tells her “one minute, and i will fix your nails personally” and starts rushing to finish my nails.she then tells my friend to sit at this mans seat when he clearly doesn’t know how to do nails properly and had his previous client pulled from his services. but my friend thank god only needed a fill in and kept the shape so he didn’t do a bad job on her shape.she tells me to go wash my hands and she takes the woman who was not pleased with her nails and she proceeded to ruin this poor woman’s nails even more. we all looked at this woman’s nails up close and she explained it was too thick here and this shape here is different and the woman looked at her like she understood and completely did something else to fix something that had nothing to do with reshaping or thinning her nail out lol i was so shocked this woman didn’t flip the entire nail station over on her. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE HER $97 FOR HER NAILS.but anyways she seats me again to FINISH my nails and she didn’t touch up my shape or thickness and she started putting the polish on. at that point i had already come to terms with the fact they were going to be ugly and i was going to have to reshape them myself smhshe did a great job on my friends fill in tho only because we said it was for a baby shower and had to look amazing smh. maybe i should have said that too lolTIP: dollar tree next store sells a diamond nail filler. get you one of those after you leave this place.
