I’ve never had an issue with this place until I let one of the men do my nails. I got these done one week ago today! He was argumentative with the women coming in to get their nails fixed for the same issue. He argued with me about how I wanted my nails done. I will never go back

This place really deserves 0 stars. I started attending this shop and stopped because my nails would always pop off after a day or so. Today, I came back to get my nail fixed that broke after spending almost 3 hours in here a day or so ago. I came after work because my nail broke, the guy in charge said “how can I help you”, I said I wanna get my nail fixed showing him the nail that had broken off & how I feel the person who did them did a terrible job, although I wasn’t satisfied, I didn’t want it all done over just one nail. He says “who did them” I said sir idk a name, I believe I was sitting in that chair. He said you have to come back tomorrow, I said I want someone else to fix my nail I don’t want him fixing it he did a terrible job. Instead, he said well if you don’t leave I am going to call the police, I said okay. Police were called. He tried to act differently infront of them saying I told you if you come back tomorrow I’ll give you your money back that’s not what he said before. As I told the police my story I left out of the shop because I could see things were going left, as I left out the officer decided to reach his hands out and put his hands on me. I said sir why are you touching me, and his reply” I wanted to make sure you weren’t going back in”, as I was not going back in! I never motioned that I was going back in. I had to go through all of this over a broken nail. Listen my people stop doing business here!!! He sis’s he didn’t care if I came back or not his shop will still revenue money “OUR” money though! Smh this was really distasteful and disappointing. I was very respectful and didn’t get as ignorant as I could have honestly ! So now I am having to take up a complaint with Redford police department over a damn nail all because this situation escalated to the police being called
