I made an appointment 2 days prior. I admit I was a few minutes late due to the fact I didn’t check before leaving and there was roadwork being done along the route to the shop so my fault. I signed in and sat down. About 1/2 hour-40 minutes later my pedi water was started and there I sat for another 40 minutes longer, no jets just my feet sitting in what turned into cold water. I ended up leaving because I didn’t have another hour to spare. Sad part is I was really excited after reading all the great reviews but I’ll keep looking for my new nail shop but unfortunately this one isn’t it.

We had 4 people getting their nails done, 2 little girls who just got their nails painted in gel polish and 2 full sets. One of the girls nails are pealing off already and we got them done yesterday. My nails are lumpy and I paid $70, the other one that got a full set are lumpy, the green colors don’t match, the clear coat isn’t on all the nails. The girls who did our full set of nails did 2 full set of nailsby the time the other girl did one full set of nails.

This is the best place in Tell City to get your nails done. Since I am younger the people are always very gentle. Amy is the best she is very nice and is easy to talk to her. Me and mom always have her do our nails. She is so kind, the other people are nice except one girl, don’t know her name. But you should definitely go check the place out!

Usually can get a chair upon arrival. This salon isn’t as crowded as others in town. Nail techs seem competent. I’ve never had an issue with cleanliness.

Not the best gel manicure I’ve ever gotten. Didn’t start with a clear basecoat. Left the edges rough and I had to smooth them when I got home. The color is uneven in spots and the edge near my cuticle is uneven. Nice people, but I won’t be going back.
