I made an appointment for 11am, sat and waited until 11:15 and left. If you make appointments, you should be able to honor the appointment time. If you take walk ins before appointments, then don’t make appointments at all. Super easy fix.

I went there with my sister and the first time we had good experiences. However I used my debit card to pay for my services. I thought they were a good honest company. The next time I went I spent a little bit more than I normally do because I wanted more things done. I was prepared to pay the extra money for what I wanted. They jokingly said they were going to charge me more money than what the services cost. I laughed because I thought they were kidding. THEY WERE NOT! Something told me a few days later to check my bank statement and they had charged me an extra $50!! I went up there to get my money back and their explanation was the system had glitched and that was the reason for the extra charge. But had that been the case there should have been more than one charge on the statement instead of an over charge for one service. They didn’t act like they were even concerned by it. Horrible service I haven’t and will never go back.
