Listen I LOVE the owner. Her work is incredible and she’s so kind. The staff today though and the increase in prices. Unbelievable. +$15 now to use gel instead of regular. I asked 4 times for hot water because it was ice cold and was ignored by 2 of them. She pushed so many add-ons after I told her no twice. They talked around us the entire time, never to us. It’s just not worth it anymore. The store was empty and I unfortunately understand why now. So disappointed in the $60 I just spent for a less than basic pedicure.

Joe does good work. Only go there if you have an appointment with him. The other lady that can see straight is unprofessional. I asked for a service and was told no because it would “take too long” because she has someone else already in another chair! Like excuse me? If I’m a paying customer don’t rush me because you’re in a hurry. And on top of that did a rush job on my service. Shaping was off, polish was not cleaned off from skin. Never again will I come here.

I have went here for years for my eyebrow waxing. Always pleased with the results. On my recent visit I was with someone I’ve never seen before. Didn’t think much of it as I feel like I’ve always been happy in the past. Well I should have known when I was handed a dirty mirror trying to see if they looked okay. Given that and the fact I was on a tilt I just went on my way. Once I was home and looking I realized that my left brow was severely uneven to my right. Not sisters or cousins but different nationalities! I’m guessing this new person is not trained enough for this service. Unfortunately I won’t be back because that’s not ok.

Let me start with if I could give this place zero stars I would. My friends and I spent over $300 yesterday on 3 full sets and 2 pedicures just to leave with nails like this. The pedicure was pretty okay, besides the guy doing my friends pedicure was way more interested in his phone than working. When it came time to do the nails the original design we showed them was not manageable. So we wanted a light pink with a simple black line and matte top coat. The man who did my friends nails was the same guy who was way more worried about his phone. Her nails are uneven and super thick. The line is uneven and smudged. I already had my nails removed or I would post pictures of mine. The lady who did my nails was rude and not very interested in conversation, which is okay but would have made my experience less awkward. I told her 3 times I did not like the line she drew and that it was not even and to much to the side. She told me I was being to picky and that she’s gonna try one more time and then she is just gonna do a heart. I told her I did not want a heart. At this rate she did another line and it was still not right but told me to not be so picky. When I left my nails were uneven and not the shape I wanted. The paint looked horrible and was on the sides of my fingers and the line was smudged and uneven. My 9 year old niece could have done a better job. I was charged $70 for beginner nails. Super dissatisfied with not only the service, but the customer service. Unprofessional and unsanitary. Perfect nails, more like horrible nails. Do not go here unless you want to waste your hard earned money on garbage nails.

i went to get my nails done before a trip and everything was fine i loved the shape, color, length and it was a good price. Within a week of my trip I had one nail completely fall off for no reason and two others cracked. When I went into have them fixed I was told that I wasn’t being careful enough and had them fixed for again at a good price. I put the same day that I got my three nails fixed I had another one snap as I set something down for no reason. I will not be coming back here for the sheer fact on how easily my nails have broken even though I had just got them done and instead of apologizing for how fragile they were I was told that I was the problem and how I wasn’t being careful enough.

I used this place from 2002 until I left the state in 2013. Every. Single. Time I went there for a full set of acrylics I would end up messing up one of my nails trying to get in the car. Every. Single. Time they would fix it for free and never appeared angry about it or annoyed with me.
