NEW OWNERS!!! the old owners were horrible! So rude! They now own polish nails so make sure not to go there. I love perfect nails now!!! They always do exactly what I want and make sure I’m satisfied with my new nails. And they also do an amazing job with waxing. They have done my eyebrows multiple times perfect. If you used to come see Cody and lee they are gone now so come here and meet the new owners!!

I have heard people say negative things about Perfect Nails, but I have to say I was really happy with the service I received tonight! My boyfriend and I walked in 30 minutes before they closed. The owner welcomed us and apologized because tonight was the start of Vietnamese New Years, and he had allowed most of the staff to go home. He said if we were willing to wait they would love to take care of us. We said we could wait as long as they were okay with it. The lady doing the pedicures was admit we stay and said she would be happy to do our pedicures. She still gave us the level of service you would expect 3 hours before closing. We will definitely be back.

I wouldn’t recommend this salon. We went in for an adult and child pedicure, and left frustrated. They did have two cute children sizes pedicure seats, the space was nice and there was no wait but the staff was shady. Each pedicure has a price and associated timeframe allotted for each service. I got a regular pedicure which was allotted 25 minutes but they finished in 15 minutes. Then at checkout, they tried to charge us more than their listed prices. An adult pedicure was 30 and the child pedicure was listed at 15 but they wanted to charge 25 for it. They had many different price sheets all over the salon and none of them listed 25 for a child pedicure. The staff cheaped out on the pedicures and then tried to overcharge us. Definitely not coming back.

This was only the 2nd time in 8 years that my husband and I went to get a pedicure together. We got there at 10:40. They were not busy but I ask how long for the wait and they said just a few minutes. We waited for over a hour and was about the leave when they finally put us in a chair and ran water. 20 minutes later a lady came and started on my husband. I sat there still waiting. She was finishing up on my husband when I said I had waited long enough. My water was cold and he was done. The lady sitting next to me had been there since 9:30 NEVER AGAIN will they get my business. There are too many nail places available.

June 2022. I will never go back to this shop. Three weeks ago I was there while an inspector was there and watched them hiding tools and equipment when he wasn’t looking. One girl ran out while doing a pedi on a lady and didn’t return until sometime later. Today they had me soaking my dipped nails for 40 minutes while they took another customer before me after I had been there 10 minutes before the other person had even walked in and I was forced to sit and wait. By the time he finally got to me I had completely gotten all the dipped polish off myself. When I told him I had to go because I didn’t have any more time left he started rebuking me for not being patience with them since they were under staffed. I told him I was there first and I shouldn’t have to wait for him to do someone else’s nails. They charged me $10 for absolutely nothing they did. They don’t deserve the star I gave them, but I couldn’t post without giving them that.

VERY BIG NO!! When I first walked in & realized I had to ask for a bowl liner, I knew to leave! Recommended by someone, I decided to stay anyways after receiving the liner. Waited about 20-30 mins. The girl starts running my water, I asked how long before they started on my other, she looks around, “maybe 10 mins”…I can deal with that. I’m getting polish removed & reapplied…they scrub with a small foot exfoliator that looks like a personal sized cheese block, nothing else! ending my pedi 30 mins later, 3 other ladies come in. The girl immediately finishes the lady she’s working on, jumps straight to them. I had to ask again at what point was the next tech gonna start on him & she proceeds to motion to the male tech. He’s still working on a lady mid-scrub. She comes anyways after a few words. After he’s done, she lets him get up, legs still soaked from water ♀️The service just wasn’t a good experience at all. 1st and final time…not worth the wait nor money spent!! not even my star !!

I have gone to Perfect Nails almost every two weeks for two years now. The last time I went I noticed that my nails chipped pretty quickly. I decided to try somewhere else after that but i made the mistake of giving them another shot. The man was in such a rush and when I noticed my nail was crooked I asked him to fix it. He proceeded to dig into the side of my nail on one hand leaving it basically raw. Then told me my other nail wasn’t crooked that my finger was crooked. I just paid and left. I later found out that I was the last customer he had to help before he had to go home. I will never go back and I really hate that I wasted money one such a bad job.

Sat in seat immediately upon entering saying will be right with you. An hour later someone comes over and rushed through a pedicure, and then the guy spends an hour on my wife’s pedicure. Sitting side by side. They weren’t busy, just not the same anymore. Pedicure

So much for a fun Mother’s day activity with my sister and niece! We all 3 walked in, signed in and were told to wait. No one else was waiting. After 30 minutes, we were asked to sit in pedicure chairs. We sat in the chairs for 40 minutes. No one ever ran our water, offered to turn on our massage chair, nothing. Finally, a technician came to start on my sister and niece’s pedicure. They completed their pedicures and I had still not been waited on. Several other technicians were available, but waited on others that had come in after we did!! I will not be back!
