I had a pedicure and decided to get gel nails, I haven’t gotten gel nails in a good while, but currently 5 hours later my fingers are HURTING! This is my third time here and the worst nail experience I’ve ever had! My pedicure was amazing, but the guy doing my nails, not so much. I told him I wanted gel nails, with white tips, because my natural nails were long and beautiful to me and it has a natural look. He repeated back to me white tips and I said yes sir. He then used the drill on my nails, I’ve never had that done by the way, and it cut me twice. He then asked if I wanted to keep the same shape, I replied yes. He started using the nail file and low and behold my nails are pointed, not the same shape. (Picture for reference, luckily I had to shop and took this picture before leaving my home today to make sure I got the correct product) He then said your nails beautiful this way now. I did not like it, but what was I to do at this point, you can’t stick what was taken off back on naturally. Normally one would wash their hands to get all of the nail filings off before applying the gel, but at this place, I did not wash my hands but before we began and at the end. He then pulled out a color and I took my hand back saying no white tips. He said yes white tips but continued to pull out the color. It took three times explaining to him and a lady I wanted white tips. He then painted my whole pinky nail white and I said no just white tips please. Finally he got what I was saying, even though he repeated what I said back to me each time. I was cut a few times, pictures to show but was really just ready to get out of there and didn’t say anything. My left hand burned really badly when it was under the light, never in my 10 years has it hurt that bad, and I said is it supposed to burn this bad? He said yes it burns! My nails are sloppy, looks like a new person to this field did them. I am overall not happy with this experience and will more than likely have my gel taken off elsewhere tomorrow bc my nails are really hurting right now, never has it felt like this. I should have left as soon as it started going south, but I tried to give it a chance to improve. Never again, just be careful with who touches your nails!! Thank goodness my nails grow fast!

The people at this salon are extremely nice, but I think this is the worst set of nails I have ever had. I went there because they have 4.5 stars, but I honestly don’t understand how. The acrylic is extremely thick, the tips of my nails are slanted, there are streaks in the polish and my finger tips around my nails hurt for over a day after getting my set. I don’t understand how it took 2 hours to do my nails and they are still terrible. You’d think with that much time spent they’d be perfect. I’m not very happy and will not be coming back.

Critical: Quality, ValueThe techs here are under-qualified to do full sets. I visited this business four times. The first time went so well with Linda, then I had a guy do them a couple times and he was horrendous at shaping. Also, went for a fill in and I needed a full set —which I was fine with. The problem was instead of soaking my nails off, the guy used a tip to get under the nails and rip them up. Painful experience and sloppy craftsmanship every time I’ve visited. This final time, Linda smelled like booze while working on this set and she cut my middle finger and thumb shaping the nails! She acted as if it’s just apart of the experience. Last straw! She was also nodding off and putting acrylic on my skin 2 centimeters below the cuticle. I left upset and hurting with lumpy and uneven polish every where. Always have a problem here but I kept giving them a chance because they have a clean environment and are usually very nice and understanding. But I will not be coming back. After my final experience with Linda I had to drive across town to get the nails fixed by a decent tech. Upon arrival the techs that fixed my nails were immediately mortified. The shape and paint job were embarrassing and the “knicks” were still an angry red. I had to have the nails soaked off and completely done over from scratch. Linda has been doing my nails forever, and is very talented with design. Michelle, the owner, is really talented as well. I love these ladies!
