The people here are very nice but unfortunately the experience is not. The tools they use are not sanitized and really don’t look clean at all. After making an appointment for a manicure/pedicure the day before, I came in and felt extremely rushed. Mind you, it was not busy when I went in… The pedicure was MAYBE 15 minutes tops and looked sloppy. Manicure was very rushed to the point where I still had spots of my previous polish before the gel went on. The manicure came out looking sloppy and uneven and the lotion they put on at the end had an odor to it. Again, nice people here but if people are paying $75+ plus gratuity to get their nails done, I think they can afford sanitary tools/equipment and not to rush through the services.
