I got in the chair she had to soak my nails to get the polish off and I get that but I dont need to soak for over a hr while she helps other people. That was ridiculous I went here for the good reviews and the pictures people showed. Their work looks amazing and I wont take that away from them. Now the customer service was terrible I have never had that happen.

Connie did a great job on my eyebrows but my nails broke off so easy i lost three nails in a week. Im thinking their acrylic is cheap or something. And i paid $62 dollars too so im disappointed.

Love this place great service had to have a bit of a wait but I thought I was back in Philadelphia only thing I didn’t like us that they charge $20 separately for nail gel on hands and feet so that’s an extra $40 but the service was through the roof
