Very unprofessional. Tina got upset because I didn’t like the shape of my nails, the left hand was fine but the right hand was filed down way to much. I showed her the picture of what I wanted, She roughly clipped all the nails off, told me to soak my nails and walked off to help the next client. Before all of that they opened the store late.. (per usual) my blood was boiling if I’m paying my money I should be able get my nails done the way I want it done without any issues. I politely waited until all my nails were soaked off and I walked clean on out and went just a little further up to ALL NAILS where I received phenomenal customer service and I loved my nails!! The man at perfect nails does a great job but Tina needs to take her time. I pay $50 or more and I tip every time but they have lost a client

I have been coming here since middle school #when air brush was king# and now with family! I’m still happy to say I come here when it was fully staffed and now down to two and sometime three with the other guy there I love his nails too!!! Tia N Thomas are great keep it up you guys no matter how long the line is!!! Forever perfect nails
