The first time I went the young man did my nails. They were great! He took his time and focused on my nails. When I went for a fill he started to do them again. But then I’m guessing his sister took over. She was wearing an unprofessional outfit. .Now I am all for being confident I’m thick myself but the outfit she was wearing was not by any means flattering she was on the phone with her friend or boyfriend I’m unsure the entire time arguing, cursing, talking about random things. Just being unprofessional. I had my daughter with me. She’s 8. I let her know that she put the acrylic on my cuticles. And asked her to file them down. She’s a nice person we had good conversation even with her friend on the phone. But once it got closer to closing it seemed she didn’t really care how the nails looked. The ended up lumpy the color wasn’t what I wanted. And my cuticles were covered with acrylic. I went home being optimistic thinking that maybe I could just file it down a little bit myself and make them look better some looked OK but my thumb had so much acrylic on the cuticles it was almost impossible to get off I ended up having to go back to another nail place get my nails fixed because I didn’t want to deal with confrontation going back to the same place. when they start to take my nails off there was a green fungus. I won’t be going back to this nail salon. At least not while the daughter is there. Seems the son is the only one who knows what he’s doing.

I’ve been going to Perfect Nails since the age of 16. I’m now 35. Family owned and friendly. I never leave dissatisfied. I always am able to get in and out. They offer great services and they are affordable however you pay for what you want. I recommend them to all of Orangeburg and surrounding areas.

Do NOT come here! I came in for a gel set, an after she puts my nails on and the Acrylic an starts to file she pops 3 nails off.(Not to mind you it was kinda painful) So had to put them back on, just for the next day 4 of them pop off. Waste of MY MONEY never again! Oh an she had 3 of my Cuticles bleeding an only clean one an just left the other two like it was! For my first time it’ll be my last!

Nope. Never again. I asked for a pedi and the end result was something. 9 year old could’ve done and probably done better. My nails weren’t even, the whole shape looked a mess. The paint job was horrible. I was so upset, I just had to walk off and be done with it. Never again.

Lorna used to be the best nail tech in Orangeburg. Now, she is an unprofessional sloppy mess. Her daughter is in there doing nails with no license. Always ask to see a nail techs license BEFORE they SERVICE you.
