She is quick, shaping is always to perfection, no dents or dimples, not too thick pricing is good and I never break a nail but she can have a less than desirable nature at times. They are vert very ignorant. I had some gift cards I needed to use on behalf of a birthday gift I received. I was seated and a woman came out to start the process on filling in my nails and she proceeded to take the nail polish off and cut the skin surrounding my nails and like showed no empathy and said since I had a attitude or was mad she would.let some one else take care of me. I.mean I understand mistakes but she instantly got attitude i.mean u cut me. What u want me to be happy. Any Way she talked a lot of junk about me in her language . They are awful I’m giving these gift cards back to the man that gave them to me and he can use them these people are unprofessional.

Honestly, just over time the quality is not WORTH the price you pay. Nails start lifting after two days. I believe the nail techs need to go back for proper training. Also, lacking in sterilization of utensils. It’s best to go somewhere else.

Nails are so thin they are cracking within a few hours…. went last week nails were so thick and uneven. I went back in to complain they told me to come back. I just spent $35 on bad nails, went back a week later and paid $22 for them to fix only for 6 of 8 nails to crack within a few hours. This has never happened to me before.
