Perfect Nails

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI will never go to this nail salon ever again. Kim, the owner’s wife, did my gel pedi. She had to redo 3 nails twice because they were not polished all the way to the toe cuticle. They truly looked like they were already grown out. On one of the toes the gel polish was already chipping. Not only did she redo my big toe twice, when she redid it the 2nd time she burned a large area of skin above my cuticle when she was using that drill bit to sand off the original gel. I requested a French manicure using the dip and the round nail style. Kim did not file my nails evenly and consistently. My nails were not only uneven but also different lengths! I had to file them when I got home. My big toe is currently wrapped in a bandaid after applying an antibiotic ointment on the burned skin. Oh, and the prices changed throughout the process. She told me one price then it increased, then she took money off and said it was a discount just for me. Kim also threw her coworkers, Tammy and her husband, under the bus to me. She told me they don’t know what they’re doing and they’re not licensed. Kim told me I need to always request her because she’s the only one who knows how to do French manis using the dip. I will never go to this nail salon ever again. Kim, the owner’s wife, did my gel pedi. She had to redo 3 nails twice because they were not polished all the way to the toe cuticle.
